Skills and Ability School is a dedicated institution established to educate and support neurodivergent children, adolescents, and young adults. Through structured educational pathways, individualised therapeutic interventions, and holistic life-skill programs, we nurture every student’s ability to learn, grow, and thrive with dignity and confidence.

Skills and Ability School has become more than just a school, with decades of experience and compassion. We bring together skilled educators, therapists, volunteers, and families to co-create a support system that is empowering and child-centred.

    Skills and Ability School willingly accepts the challenge of helping the special children with developmental disabilities to gain their rightful place in society. At Skills and Ability School, the emphasis is on education in the best interests of the special children for overall development. It has been a constant endeavour of Skills and Ability School to provide the best and latest techniques of education to special children.

    This Quality Policy shall be realized through the following:

    Establish, maintain and continually improve Quality Management Systems.

    Provide avenues to expand on the knowledge of the teachers by encouraging them to attend and participate in training courses.

    Continually improve the teaching techniques through innovative initiatives.

    Increase the enrolment to optimally utilize the academic / administrative / infrastructural resources.

    An Engineer by profession who has been working very closely and with total dedication for over fifteen years with Skills And Ability as an Advisor pertaining to the process of obtaining the ISO 9001: 2015 certifications.

    Mr. D. Sivanandhan, IPS. (Retired)

    Honorary Trustee
    Former Police Commissioner of Mumbai, and Former Director General of Police, Maharashtra. Mr. Sivanandhan is one of India’s most well-known and highly regarded Indian Police Service Officers (IPS).

    Mr. Kiran.S. Deolalkar

    .A versatile IT professional with over 30 years diversified experience, including participation in major Government transformation Projects, with decades of association with the TATA Group and SAP Information Technology
