Our Approach in Action

Our special educators and therapists collaboratively design Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that address the comprehensive development of each student. These plans are dynamic and reviewed periodically to ensure continual progress. We maintain an optimal student-teacher ratio of 6:1, ensuring personalized attention and support.

Key practices and innovations include:

  • Customized IEPs covering cognitive, motor, social, life, leisure, and communication skills
  • Use of assistive and adaptive technologies for better learning outcomes
  • Creative therapies like music, movement, art, and animal-assisted sessions
  • Inclusive classroom models blending academics with life skill development
  • Monthly parent collaboration meetings for continuity between school and home learning
  • Emphasis on co-curricular development through excursions, competitions, and cultural events
  • Integration of self-help and functional skills into daily routinesSkill reinforcement modules designed to build confidence and autonomy

Outcome-Driven Innovation
What sets Skills and Ability School apart is not just the methods we apply, but how they evolve. By continuously reviewing outcomes and integrating feedback from families, professionals, and students themselves, we create an environment that nurtures growth with dignity.

At Skills and Ability School, innovation isn’t a concept—it’s a commitment to every learner’s right to thrive.
